About us

two foodies with global roots

We’re Matthias and Julia—partners in life and now pudding. In early 2025, we traded in our corporate jobs to gain inspiration abroad. With Korean, German, Persian, Mexican, and Jewish heritages, we’ve always shared a deep love for bold flavors and honest ingredients.
Proof is in the Pudding is our way of blending our sense of humor with our love for yummy treats!

Right now, we’re producing in small batches while traveling, but we’re looking for a local restaurant or kitchen partner who could help us scale. You have the facilities and licensing we need. We bring the product, brand, and audience. Together, we can test out collaborations, co-branded menus, or retail sales.

This one’s rich, cold, and a little dangerous. Made with fresh cream, vodka, and a splash of Kahlúa, Vladimir Puddin is our take on the classic White Russian.Smooth, boozy, and likely plotting something.

Mexican Hot Chocolate

Deep, dark chocolate meets warm cinnamon and just enough chili to keep you on your toes. Finished with a sultry splash of smoky mezcal, this bold pudding brings together all the flavors abuela would approve of.Sweet heat. Smoky mischief.

Black Sesame & Vanilla (Vegan)

Vanilla Seoul

Toasted black sesame meets real vanilla bean in a creamy coconut base—spiked with soju for a grown-up twist on Korean comfort.Seoulful, delicate, and creamy without the cow.

Like a Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, but in spoonable, spiked form. Layers of dark chocolate and cherry meet boozy cherry brandy for a dessert that’s rich, cold, and intense.

Pud-stachio 🌸

Saffron + Rosewater + Pistachio
Fragrant saffron and floral rosewater swirl into a creamy pudding base, topped with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios and a splash of brandy.

Shanah Spoonah ☀️

Apple + Honey
Sweet apples, golden honey, and brandy come together in a pudding that tastes like Rosh Hashanah... if your bubbe had a liquor license. Tipsy tradition in a jar.

Chai + Coconut + Vanilla
A cozy blend of masala chai, creamy coconut, real vanilla bean and a cheeky splash of dark rum. It’s like sipping chai under a fuzzy blanket—but with a buzz.
